SHIPPING AND RETURNS

PLEASE NOTE ALL SHIPPING MAY TAKE LONGER DUE TO WORLD WIDE RESTRICTIONS. FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS PLEASE CONTACT ME IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR ORDER WITHIN 4 WEEKS

  • There are no returns/refunds once the order has been processed.  If your order is damaged please contact me within 1 week with pictures, this is so I can make a claim with the mail system used.

  • There are no digital refunds.

  •  All post is sent tracked and/or signed for. The web address to enter the tracking number is www.royalmail.com.  For international orders, once the item is in your country the local postal system will take over.

UK delivery is normally within 3 – 5 working days from posting

Europe 5 – 7 working days from posting

USA 10 – 14 days from posting

Rest of the World 14 days from posting

  • For overseas orders we are not responsible for any additional fees charged by a specific country’s custom and postal service.  Recipients are responsible for any duty/tax and brokerage fees as these are not included in shipping costs.

  • POSTAL ADDRESS: please make sure your address is correct, if you have made an error we will change your address if it hasn’t already been shipped. If your item has already been shipped, you are responsible for forwarding the item to the correct address.  We do not assume any responsibility for lost parcels if an incorrect address was given at the time of order.

  • RETURN TO SENDER: If items are returned due to an incorrect address or custom fees have not been paid, the order can be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense (which will include any return to sender fees). Or alternatively the cost of your order will be refunded minus any postage fees, return to sender fees and payment fees.
